AtΒ Daily All Day, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Please take a moment to review our policy for cancellations, returns, and replacements.

1.Β Order Cancellations byΒ Daily All Day

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to inventory issues or other internal factors. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to you promptly.

2.Β Customer Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before the product is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and you may proceed with a return if necessary.

3.Β Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to the bank details provided by the customer, which can take up to 12 days to complete.

4.Β Returns

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. We aim to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

5.Β Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged or missing product, please initiate a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Allow us 48 working hours to assess your request.
  • Our courier partner will arrange a pick-up from your location. If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you may send the product via a reliable courier service.
  • Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your replacement or refund based on stock availability.

Note:Β We recommend making an unboxing video for your safety upon receiving the order.

6.Β Order Status Shows Delivered, But Not Received

If your order status shows "delivered" but you have not received the product, raise a request within 48 hours. We will review your concern within 48 working hours and resolve it within 7 working days.

7.Β Conditions for Return or Replacement

A product is eligible for return or replacement if any of the following issues are present:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product delivered is past its expiration date
  • The product or its packaging is physically damaged or tampered with
  • Parts of your order are missing
  • Please note that products which have been opened, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and cartons
